What does a campaign cost?

Our annual price plans are based on the number of employees your organisation wants to survey - input that above to see a tailored price. Employers eligible for a Pro package can add the customisation option separately. This is included in Pro+ and Enterprise plans.

What does customisation include?

Score weighting - In order to better reflect captured data in a way that helps you assess employee engagement levels against your businesses cultural aims, we will ask you a series of questions ahead of your survey being produced. This allows us to apply a weighting formula to employee answers which more accurately generates response scoring and your target Pulse category.

Introduction wording - Our customisation option lets clients change the introduction wording of the annual survey

Completion instructions - Modify the completion instructions should you need to include some additional details that are specifically relevant to your business

Themes - Further tailor the look and feel of the survey to more closely reflect your business brand by applying themed templates

Display options - Choose which type of Progress widget option you want applied

Custom Reaction forms - Send our customer services team your request for a new Reaction form and we will apply it to your employee hub and client report dashboard. No need to spend hours building online forms yourself, just ping them over and we'll do it for you.

Do I have to pay upfront?

All our packages include a subscription price which is payable to gain access to your engagement survey results page(s) and pulse feedback. Subs are automatically renewed annually. From your client dashboard you can setup and review your engagement campaign for the year (and access all previous reports). Only when you have approved your current campaign will you be invoiced for the account balance.

When will my engagement survey be sent to our employees?

This is up to you, but it cannot be sent within 30 days of you approving the campaign. When you are happy to approve your campaign, you will be asked to set the start and end date - it's important to note that your campaign will not be sent on time if your account balance hasn't been settled, and you will need to reset your start date.

Who will you send the survey link to?

Each year you will be asked to submit a file containing the email address of all those employees that should be directed to complete the online survey. Don't worry; we can help you with this if you get stuck.

What do the "Generation" filters mean in my survey results?

One key demographic which many organisations find useful to analyse engagement levels by is age. We use the following Generation labels to let you filter your response data by age group.

  • The Silent Generation = Year born 1925 - 1945
  • Baby Boomers = Year born 1946 - 1964
  • Generation X = Year born 1965 - 1975
  • Xennials = Year born 1976 - 1986
  • The Millennials = Year born 1987 - 1997
  • Generation Z = Year born 1998 - 2012
  • Gen Alpha = Year born 2013 - 2025
What would cause my employee data file import to be rejected?
  • Your file has not been saved in .csv format
  • You have added more than 4 levels to your filter options
  • You have altered the header labels in columns A, B or C
  • You have tried to submit more employees on your file than your account limit allows. Please contact support if you need to increase the number of employees in your account.
